I feel like I really don't talk about my real life here...only my weight loss...well FYI I am a total insomniac...last night went to bed at 4am couldn't sleep...woke up at 8am....was tired all day and then as soon as I hit the bed I'm wide awake...it's 3:00am and I have to wake up at 7am...I'm highly considering not going to sleep and just staying up going to my mandatory important meeting at the office and then coming home and cleaning then napping...which that plan is a guarantee that I won't sleep tomorrow also...this is daily with me...about 4 months ago I was addicted to Benadryl and took 1-3 every single night...I cold turkey'd that and recently I started back a couple times a week...the badger balm also reaaaaaallllllly helps but give me wicked night terrors right before I wake up in the morning or like ill wake up and fall asleep again an have the night terror...

At least someone is getting some sleep tonight...
